THE IMPORTANCE OF THE TERRITORY
Ricotta cream is made in Sicily on Madonie mountains, where you can find 60% of Sicilian biodiversity. The unspoilt pastures and mineral water flowing from Geraci Siculo mountains, make milk more genuine and tastier and the final product is simply delicious.
Fresch ricotta cream, up to now hard to be found outside Sicily, can be bought on Horeca and Bakery chains all over Italy. Moreover, you can find it in Japan, in the USA and in other parts of the world.
