The Madonie Formaggi s.n.c. farm was born in 1994, thanks to Arata cousins, with the intention of creating a high quality Ricotta Cream that could satisfy the most particular handlcrafts demand in our territory.

This is the beginning of the story of our Arata Ricotta Cream.

Our farm , with more 20 years of experience, is nationally renowned and guarantees a daily and wide-spread distribution. The excellence of our product is due to the abundance of our territory, where it is possible to produce an excellent handcrafted ricotta, mixed to italian sugars that we choose carefully.

In spite of growth in productivity, our farm continues following the handwork manufacturing, improving all the production phases, from the ingredients choice to the best way of conserving the final product, to the distribution, looking forward to the future with simplicity and respect for the environment.
