Arata ricotta cream is produced in Geraci Siculo, a picturesque little town in the Natural Park of Madonie mountains in Sicily, near Palermo. An historical place full of ancient traditions.
It is made with simple and natural Italian ingredients, hand-picked to guarantee them the best organoleptic quality: freshly made sheep ricotta and sugar.

The ricotta we use is produced with high quality milk coming from sheep farms officially untouched by brucellosis, it colours the cream of  a natural light yellow which is typical of the hand-made sheep ricotta cream.
The sugar we use comes from certified Italian producers with an age-old tradition.

The right balance between ricotta and sugar makes the ideal base for the production of unique ice-creams and desserts.
