In the effort to give an extra value to the firm and to its customers as well, we have asked and obtained in 2010 the ISO 9001:2008 certification.

The punctual application of the HACCP method, that allows us to guarantee the security and the healthiness of food and to prevent contamination, is applied within the Quality System, that the firm has implemented following the ISO 9001: 2008 rules.

This is the worldwide referring standard for any firm that intends to answers to the upgrowing competitiveness in the markets, through the satisfaction of clients and customization, rationalization of the internal process and the loss of any wastes and inefficiencies.

We are certified for the production, preservation and commercializatione of the Ricotta / Cottage Cheese Cream.
