Sweet natural Ricotta Cream

The ARATA RICOTTA is produced from fresh cottage cheese coming from ovine high mountain farms, located in uncontamined environments,  and arrives to the firm without any interruption of the cold chain, to the freezing temperature of 0-4°C.
Mixed in the right proportions with high quality sugar, is worked and packed in appropriate food containers that are made in totally recyclebar plastic.

In the production lab a punctual plan of self control is based on HACCP principles. The production observes european, as well as national and local regulaments with microbiologist control of the ambiance, of the equipments and of the operators , for the best application of the hygien conditions of one of the best seller products of the italian confectionary.
